It depends on their weight, age, whether they're neutered and what you're aiming for. The feeding calculator works it out in a few seconds: calories a day, how many pouches that is, and which pack lasts about two weeks.

It's an estimate for a healthy cat eating only my meals. If your cat has a health condition, please check with your vet.

Slowly, over about 10 days. Cats like to know what's in their bowl before they commit.

• Days 1–3: a quarter of my food, mixed into three quarters of the old food.
• Days 4–6: half and half.
• Days 7–9: three quarters of my food.
• Day 10: all mine.

If they turn their nose up, go back a step for a couple of days. Some days they'll test you, and some days they'll surprise you.

That's normal. Fresh food is denser, so a smaller portion fills them up and keeps them full for longer. A customer once messaged me worried that her cat Mau was eating less than before. He was simply getting what he needed from less. Keep an eye on their weight and energy rather than the size of the bowl, and use the feeding calculator as your guide.

Keep it frozen. In the freezer it stays fresh for up to 2 months; in the fridge, up to 7 days. National orders arrive frozen, so they go straight into the freezer. Refrigerate immediately after opening.

To thaw, move a pouch from the freezer to the fridge the night before. Serve at room temperature. Once thawed, use within the fridge time and don't refreeze.

Yes. It took me almost four months to get the packaging right. Orders outside Delhi NCR travel frozen in a thermocol box lined with foil and bubble wrap, and are flown to arrive 2–3 days after dispatch. As one customer put it: "It got delivered in the morning and I still found it cold enough before I refrigerated it." See how it travels.

Every order gets a dispatch date, shown on the product page and in your cart before you pay.

• Delhi NCR: I dispatch 2 days after you order, every day of the week. Rapido brings it the same day, usually within 2 hours.
• Other cities: I dispatch on Mondays. Orders placed by 11:59 pm on Thursday go out the next Monday; orders from Friday to Sunday go out the Monday after. They arrive 2–3 days after dispatch.

I don't dispatch on North Indian festival holidays such as Holi, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Dussehra and Diwali. If your dispatch day falls on one, your order goes out the next day (or, for other cities, on the Tuesday). The date you see already allows for this.

• Delhi NCR, as far as Gurgaon, gets my Delhi NCR menu.
• Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata and Chandigarh, and anywhere within 75 km of their airports, get my national menu.

My food travels frozen, so I only ship where it can arrive within 2–3 days. If I can't reach you yet, leave your pincode and email and I'll tell you when I can.

• Delhi NCR: under ₹999 there's a flat delivery fee by distance from my kitchen: ₹80, ₹130, ₹180 or ₹230. From ₹999, delivery is free. You'll see your fee as soon as you enter your pincode.
• Other cities: shipping is already in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay.

National prices include frozen air shipping and the insulated packaging. Shipping frozen food by air is expensive, and I'd rather show you one honest price than add a big shipping charge at the end.

In Delhi NCR, yes, for orders from ₹399. For other cities, a broth Pack of 12 can travel on its own; single broths and cupcakes go with at least one meal pack or a broth Pack of 12, because every national order travels frozen by air.

My recipes are guided by AAFCO nutrient guidelines, and made with real chicken, fish, eggs, organ meats, pumpkin, oats and rice, never premixes. Every meal page lists its ingredients and calories, and the About page explains how I balance each bowl.

Yes, every meal is. Power is made with growing kittens in mind. As with any change of food, switch slowly.

You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering, as long as I haven't started cooking it, for a full refund: on Track my order, enter your order number and email and choose "Cancel my order" (your order confirmation email links straight there). The refund goes back to how you paid. Once I've started cooking, or after 6 hours, it can't be cancelled, and Track my order says so. You can still update your delivery details any time before dispatch. Message me on WhatsApp or email info@cozycatkitchen.in with your order number.

I'm sorry. Please tell me within 24 hours of delivery using the Report a problem form. Add a photo of each affected pouch (up to 5 photos), especially if it's puffed up, leaking or smells off, and choose a replacement or a refund. A puffed-up pouch is the clearest sign of spoilage, and that photo is enough.

Each order can be replaced once. If a replacement also arrives damaged or spoiled, I'll refund it. A replacement goes out when the damaged items come to at least ₹399 in Delhi NCR or ₹750 elsewhere in India (or the whole order is affected); below that, I'll refund them or send them free with your next order. A refund covers what you paid for the affected items, and your delivery fee too if the whole order was affected.
