Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this site or order from Cozy Cat Kitchen, a home-run business at Jaypee Klassic, Wish Town, Sector 134, Noida 201304, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

What I sell

Fresh, home-cooked cat food, broths and treats, made in small batches in Noida. Recipes and ingredients are listed on each product page. Because everything is made by hand, pouches can vary slightly in look and texture from batch to batch.

Your menu

The menu you see depends on your delivery pincode: Delhi NCR or national. A cart can hold products from one menu only. On the national menu, single broths and cupcakes can only be ordered together with at least one meal pack or a broth Pack of 12. In Delhi NCR, orders start at ₹399. I may cancel and refund any order that doesn't follow these rules, or that's addressed to a pincode I don't deliver to.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. National prices include shipping. Delhi NCR delivery charges are shown before you pay (see the shipping policy). Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay. I may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Dispatch and delivery

Every order gets an estimated dispatch date before you pay, worked out from my dispatch days and festival holidays. I do my best to meet it, but dispatch can occasionally move, and delivery times after dispatch depend on the delivery partner. If your dispatch date has to change, I'll let you know. The shipping policy has the details.

Cancellations, damage and refunds

You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering, as long as I haven't started cooking it, for a full refund; after that it can't be cancelled, but you can update delivery details until dispatch. Damaged or spoiled orders are replaced once or refunded, if you report them within 24 hours of delivery. See the refund policy.

Storage and feeding

Please store the food as described on the pouch and in the shipping policy: frozen for up to 2 months, refrigerated for up to 7 days, and never refrozen once thawed. The feeding calculator, portion suggestions and "good for" notes on this site are general guidance for healthy cats. They are not veterinary advice. If your cat has a health condition, or is unwell, please speak to your vet before changing their diet. Introduce any new food slowly.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send me photos, you allow me to show them on this site and on my social media, without your phone number or surname. I'll ask before using a WhatsApp chat.

Liability

I take great care with every batch. To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any order is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it. I'm not responsible for problems caused by food being stored or handled differently from these instructions after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we can't sort out a problem together, the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.
