I'm sorry something went wrong. Tell me within 24 hours of delivery and I'll put it right.

Add a photo of each affected pouch, up to 5 photos, especially if it's puffed up, leaking or smells off. A puffed-up pouch is the clearest sign of spoilage, and that photo is enough. Then choose a replacement or a refund. Each order can be replaced once; if a replacement also arrives damaged or spoiled, I'll refund it.
