Shipping policy
My food is cooked fresh in small batches in Noida and travels to you on a dispatch date. You'll see that date on the product page and in your cart before you pay, and it's saved on your order.
Where I deliver
Enter your pincode at the top of any page to see your menu.
- Delhi NCR, as far as Gurgaon: my Delhi NCR menu.
- Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata and Chandigarh, and listed pincodes within 75 km of their airports: my national menu.
My food travels frozen, so I only ship where it can arrive within 2–3 days. If I can't reach your pincode yet, you can leave it with your email and I'll let you know when I can. A cart holds one menu at a time; changing to a pincode in the other region empties the cart, and I'll ask before that happens.
Dispatch dates
- Delhi NCR: dispatched 2 days after you order, every day including weekends.
- National: dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed by 11:59 pm on Thursday go out the next Monday; orders from Friday to Sunday go out the Monday after.
- Festivals: I don't dispatch on North Indian festival holidays (such as Holi, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Dussehra, and Diwali with Govardhan Puja and Bhai Dooj). If a dispatch day falls on one, the order goes out the next day; for national orders that's the Tuesday, or the following Monday if the Tuesday is a festival too. The date shown before you pay already allows for this.
Delivery times
- Delhi NCR: sent by Rapido on your dispatch date, usually with you within 2 hours.
- National: flown frozen in insulated thermocol boxes, lined with foil and bubble wrap, arriving 2–3 days after dispatch.
Please make sure someone can receive the order. Frozen food can't wait on a doorstep.
Delivery charges
Delhi NCR. Under ₹999, there's a flat delivery fee by distance from my kitchen:

From ₹999, delivery is free. You'll see your fee as soon as you enter your pincode.
National. Shipping is already included in the national prices, so there's no extra charge.
The national meal-pack rule
Single broths and cupcakes are add-ons on the national menu: they go with at least one meal pack or a broth Pack of 12 in the same order, because every national order travels frozen by air. A broth Pack of 12 can be ordered on its own. In Delhi NCR you can order anything on its own, for orders from ₹399.
When it arrives
Keep it frozen. In the freezer it stays fresh for up to 2 months; in the fridge, up to 7 days. National orders arrive frozen, so they go straight into the freezer. Refrigerate immediately after opening.
To thaw, move a pouch from the freezer to the fridge the night before and serve at room temperature. Once thawed, use within the fridge time and don't refreeze.
Tracking
You'll get an email when your order is dispatched. National orders include the courier's tracking link. You can also follow your order on the Track my order page.
Damaged or spoiled on arrival
Tell me within 24 hours of delivery using the Report a problem form. Each order can be replaced once; if the replacement also arrives damaged or spoiled, I'll refund it. The refund policy has the details.
